Investing.com – Germany stocks were mixed at the close on Monday, as gains in the , and sectors propelled shares higher. On the other hand, losses were recorded in the and segments, which took the indexes down.
At the close of trade in Frankfurt, it fell 0.11%, rose 0.16% and weakened 0.62%.
The stock emerged today among the leading stocks Jalando SE (ETR: ), which was up 1.88% or 0.50 points to end at 27.15. Rather, stocks Daimler Truck Holdings AG (ETR: ) added 1.43% or 0.44 points to end at 31.18 while BISFSI (ETR: ) added 1.30% or 0.55 points to 42.78 at the close.
In terms of weak performance at the end of the day’s trade, the stock closed down Rheinmetall AG (ETR: ) declined 4.18% or 10.70 points to trade at 245.20 at the close. Arrow Siemens Energy AG ( ETR: ) declined 2.05% or 0.30 points to 14.35 and Fresenius SAVZ ( ETR: ) declined 1.79% or 0.45 points to 24.74.
On the other hand, the best performance in the MDAX index was recorded by one stock Delivery Hero AG (ETR:), which rose 4.62% to 36.31, HelloFreshSE (ETR: ) also gained 4.14% to end at 21.37, while Lanxess (ETR: ) rose 3.84% to close at 27.88.
By shares that are not performing today, we refer to the shares of the company Evotech AG (ETR: ), fell 4.75% to end the session at 20.24, Sixt SE (ETR: ), lost 4.32% to trade at 108.60, and Gerresheimer AG (ETR: ), shed 3.39% and closed today’s session at 105.30 on the stock market.
On the other hand, the best performance was recorded by one stock in the TecDAX technical index Nordex SE (ETR: ), which rose 3.03% to trade at 10.86, ADTRAN Holdingsa Inc (ETR: ) continued its gains of 1.35% and closed at 9.15 levels, while the stock Siltronic AG (ETR: ) which rose 1.09% to trade at 69.40.
Among the weak performers today we note the stock of Evotec AG (ETR: ), which fell 4.75% to close the session at 20.24 per share. Hensolt AG (ETR: ), which lost 3.07% on 28.38 shares Cancom AG (ETR: ), which lost 2.83% to close at 27.48 in today’s session on the stock market.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising stocks on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with 342 compared to 317, while 89 were unchanged.
Options on the DAX 30 index, which measures the implied standard deviation, traded up 4.09% and ended at 16.03.
Gold futures for August delivery rose 0.20%, or 3.95%, to settle at $1,933.55 an ounce. In other commodities trading, WTI crude futures for August delivery rose 1.08% or 0.75 points to settle at $69.91 a barrel, while Brent oil futures for September were up 1.08% or 0.80 points. and ended at $74.81 per barrel.
The EUR/USD pair maintained its stability by 0.17% and traded at 1.09 levels, while the EUR/GBP pair remained unchanged at 0.00% and reached 0.86 levels.
Dollar index futures were down 0.15% at 102.39.
