Yesterday, Sharjah Deputy Ruler Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi visited the 40th Sharjah International Book Fair at the Sharjah Expo Center. During his tour of the exhibition, His Highness inspected several pavilions of a group of bodies, institutions and centers, and informed the authorities of the participation and publications of these organizations, publications, rare notes, books and various events. During his visit to the pavilion of the Sharjah Radio and Television Authority, he was briefed on the efforts of the staff of the authority to follow and send the events of the exhibition through the various media devices of the authority and the various programs and coverages of the authority and the things it conveys. During the tour, Sharjah’s Vice President visited the Emirates Publishers Association Pavilion and asked for an explanation of the association’s programs and publications, its local activities and efforts to improve the local publishing industry.
