Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Governor, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Dubai, welcomed President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka at the Expo 2020 Dubai Headquarters yesterday morning.
