Summit outlines future models, technology plans and international expansion

VOYAH, represented in the UAE by Performance Plus Motors, joined the 2026 Passenger Vehicle Global Partnership Summit in Xiamen. The event brought together global partners to review VOYAH’s expansion plans, upcoming vehicle programmes and technology direction under Dongfeng Motor Corporation. The summit reinforced the brand’s commitment to the UAE and its role in future electric mobility.

Dongfeng used the platform to restate its focus on the SUV category, where VOYAH continues to expand its product range. Recent launches have seen strong customer interest. The VOYAH Taishan recorded more than 10,000 orders within minutes of release, highlighting demand for the brand’s vehicle platforms, range capability and in-car systems.

VOYAH UAE was recognised with the Network Development Award during the summit. The award acknowledged the progress made in developing the brand’s presence in the local market and supporting its international growth strategy.

The company also confirmed its plan to grow its global sales network to 800 outlets by 2030. This target reflects VOYAH’s aim to compete at an international level in the new-energy vehicle sector. In the UAE, this approach supports national efforts to increase electric vehicle use and modernise transport systems.

“With VOYAH entering a new phase of global expansion, our participation in the summit ensures the UAE remains closely connected to the brand’s evolving vision,” said Mr. Mohamed Elzawawy, General Manager of Performance Plus Motors. “The technologies and platforms showcased, along with the remarkable sales achievements in China, reaffirm our confidence that VOYAH’s momentum will translate strongly to the Emirates. As the brand’s exclusive partner in the UAE, Performance Plus Motors is ready to deliver this next generation of premium electric mobility to customers locally.”

The summit also introduced future models planned for international markets. The Passion L and Taishan are scheduled for launch in the UAE in the third quarter of 2026. These models will add to VOYAH’s premium electric vehicle line-up in the region.

With demand rising for intelligent and sustainable transport, the UAE provides a strong environment for VOYAH’s continued growth. The brand’s expanding global reach and product development support its long-term plans in the market.
