In detail, in the half-yearly statistics report provided by the Abu Dhabi Judiciary, the number of files submitted to the Family Guidance Department recorded 8,439 disputes, of which 7,515 disputes were completed, 89% of which reached the Compromise Code 78%. The percentage of divorce cases submitted for family guidance reached 29% in the first quarter of this year, and then the reconciliation and reconciliation index rose to 32% in the second quarter.

The low divorce rate is due to the tireless efforts of social, psychological and legal family counselors, in the light of the implementation of the “Say Is Good” program launched by the judiciary last year, which involves families organizing awareness workshops on developing innovative ways to resolve their differences.
