On Thursday, the Israeli military intensified its attacks and ground operations in central and southern Gaza, according to Hamas figures, following international warnings of a “serious danger” to civilians in the Strip, where the death toll has exceeded 21,000. This comes as Israel announced a preliminary agreement with Cyprus to establish a sea route for humanitarian aid to enter the war-torn Gaza Strip. In parallel, the head of Egypt's state information service, Tiya Rashwan, on Thursday presented Cairo with a proposal to end the bloodshed in Gaza, including a three-phase plan for a ceasefire.
