Vibrant colours, a crayon-inspired design, and up to 256GB of storage make this new collection a fun and practical way to store schoolwork, creative projects, and digital memories.

Sandisk® and Crayola® have joined forces to unveil the SANDISK® Crayola® USB-C® Flash Drive — the first-ever officially licensed Crayola flash drive, set to be available soon. Designed with students, teachers, and families in mind, the drive offers a delightful way to keep artwork, homework, photos, and games safe in one place. Its distinctive crayon shape brings a touch of nostalgia while providing everyday functionality.

Celebrating more than 120 years of Crayola’s creative legacy, these colourful USB-C drives blend playfulness with practicality. Each one arrives in signature Crayola crayon box packaging and comes in a spectrum of bold shades — Mango Tango, Cerulean Blue, Electric Lime, and Vivid Violet — making them both a collector’s item and a cheerful addition to any workspace or school bag.

Beyond their eye-catching design, the SANDISK® Crayola® USB-C® Flash Drives are built for convenience. When connected to a computer, a unique Crayola icon appears within the “Files” app, helping users to identify their drive instantly. The accompanying SANDISK Memory Zone™ app³ enables simple backup, organisation, and transfer of files between USB-C tablets, computers, and other compatible devices — ensuring that every creative idea, school assignment, or precious memory is safely stored and easy to share.

“Creativity takes many forms, and our role at Sandisk is to ensure it’s protected and easy to share,” said Philippe Willams, Director, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships and Licensing at Sandisk. “Partnering with Crayola brings together our expertise in storage with a brand that has inspired generations, giving students, parents, and teachers a fun and nostalgic way to preserve and share their most creative work.”

“Crayola has been at the forefront of creativity for over a century,” said Rob Spindley, Licensing Director-International at Crayola. “A partnership with Sandisk feels natural, as the world of creativity has evolved in the digital age. From young artists bringing their ideas to life on paper and save their work digitally, to amateur photographers capturing the beauty of the world around them, we are thrilled to partner with Sandisk to help support today’s diverse community of creators.”

Key features include:

  • Four Vibrant Colors: The SANDISK® Crayola® USB-C® Flash Drive is available in multiple bright, fun colors: Mango Tango, Cerulean Blue, Electric Lime, or Vivid Violet. In North America, the Vivid Violet color will be exclusively available at Walmart through January 2026.
  • Space for Imagination: Whether it’s art projects, family photos, or schematics for ingenious inventions, store your favorites with up to 256GB1 of space.
  • Sharing Capabilities Across Devices: Files can be moved between USB-C tablets, computers, and other devices to share what users love–and are most proud of–quickly and easily.
  • Additional Back-Up and Transfer Options: Files can easily be transferred, organized, and backed up using the SANDISK Memory Zone™ app3 for Windows, Mac devices, tablets, and more, so that precious work doesn’t get lost.
  • Many Ways to Create: To celebrate the creativity of Crayola fans, with their purchase, users will enjoy a 3-month subscription to the Crayola Create & Play app and Thinking Sheets–interactive activities designed to spark creativity, confidence, and self-expression!
