DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai – Jumeirah Beach has appointed Neelam Bhika as General Manager. She brings close to 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector, with a strong background in hotel operations, commercial strategy, and guest service.
Neelam joins the hotel after holding senior leadership roles across Hilton and other international hotel brands in Dubai and Doha. Her most recent position was Director of Operations at Hilton Doha. She also served as Cluster Commercial Director at Aleph Doha Residences, Curio Collection by Hilton. During her career, she has managed both resort and city hotels, supported revenue growth, and played key roles in major projects, including hotel openings, large refurbishments, and global events such as the FIFA World Cup 2022. Her work has been recognised through several industry and internal awards, including Commercial Leader of the Year (AP&T 2022) and the Shaping the Future Award for commercial innovation.
Known for building strong teams and delivering consistent results, Neelam follows a leadership approach based on accountability, clarity, and people development. She focuses on linking guest satisfaction with long-term business performance and is recognised for her practical management style and sound decision-making. This experience positions her to lead the hotel through its next stage of development.
