Best Web Design Agencies in Dubai (2026)

Dubai has no shortage of web design agencies, and most of them promise the same things: responsive design, fast loading and better conversions. The differences show up in who does the work, what the site is built on and what happens after launch. We compared established Dubai agencies on their published track record and services and picked seven for businesses planning a new website in 2026.

1. WebBox

WebBox takes the top spot as a web design agency in Dubai that builds sites to produce enquiries rather than just look current. The Dubai-based team designs and builds for businesses in the UK, the US, Europe and the Middle East, working across custom WordPress sites, ecommerce stores on Shopify or WooCommerce and fully custom builds in HTML and Next.js.

Branding is handled in house, from the logo to a full brand pack, so the identity and the website come from the same team rather than being passed between suppliers. That matters for smaller businesses, where a mismatch between the brand guidelines and the finished site is a common source of delays and extra cost.

What sets WebBox apart from a typical design studio is the work around the website. The agency also runs SEO, AI automation and PR, so a new site can be planned with search visibility and lead handling built in from the start. Its case studies describe seven systems running in production, including an AI sales agent that answers enquiries across 63 inboxes, which shows the kind of automation that can sit behind a contact form once the site is live.

Best for: businesses that want a site built to convert, with branding, SEO and enquiry handling planned together.

2. WebCastle Technologies

WebCastle has been building websites and apps in Dubai since 2008 and is based in DAMAC Executive Bay in Business Bay. It offers web design, development, mobile apps, ecommerce and digital marketing, and says it won the Best eCommerce Agency 2025 award at the BIGBOX Summit in Dubai.

Its ecommerce focus makes it a strong option for retailers moving online or rebuilding an existing store.

Best for: ecommerce and retail websites.

3. Blue Beetle

Blue Beetle has been helping businesses grow online since 2004, according to the agency, making it one of the longer-established names on this list. It works as a web design and digital marketing agency with an in-house team and says it is Webflow, HubSpot and Google certified.

Its Webflow and HubSpot expertise suits marketing teams that want to update pages themselves and connect the website to a CRM.

Best for: marketing-led businesses using Webflow or HubSpot.

4. Digital Gravity

Digital Gravity has been building websites in Dubai since 2014 and says it has completed more than 1,500 projects for over 500 clients. It covers corporate websites, branding and SEO-focused web design, and describes itself as a Google certified partner.

The agency combines design with SEO and Arabic content capability, which helps businesses that need a bilingual site.

Best for: corporate and bilingual websites with SEO built in.

5. Global Media Insight

Global Media Insight describes itself as the UAE’s first digital agency and says it has been operating for 26 years. The full-service firm reports more than 2,500 projects delivered and more than 1,200 websites developed since it started.

Its long track record and broad service range suit larger organisations that want web design alongside wider digital marketing.

Best for: established companies wanting a full-service digital partner.

6. RedSpider

RedSpider is a Dubai-based web design and development agency with more than 14 years of experience, according to the company, which lists more than 500 completed projects. Its team includes web development, UI and UX and front-end specialists.

The agency focuses on custom, responsive websites for UAE businesses and is a straightforward choice for a company that wants a dedicated design and build partner.

Best for: custom business websites for UAE companies.

7. Planet Green Solutions

Planet Green Solutions, which trades online as PGS, says it has more than 14 years of experience in the Dubai market and has built around 800 websites for 400 clients, along with 70 mobile apps. It lists government, semi-government and corporate clients, including Dubai Future Foundation and the UAE Ministry of Investment.

Its government and semi-government experience makes it relevant for organisations with formal procurement and accessibility requirements.

Best for: government, semi-government and corporate projects.

How we chose

We considered agencies with an office in Dubai, a published portfolio and clear information about what they build and on which platforms. All details are taken from each agency’s own published information as of October 2026. We ranked agencies on how well they fit a typical business planning a new website this year, giving extra weight to agencies that plan for enquiries, search and what happens after launch, not just the design.

Before you brief an agency

Agree three things before design starts: what the site must achieve in enquiries or sales, which platform it will run on and who will update it, and how it will be found in search from day one. Agencies that ask about all three in the first meeting tend to deliver sites that keep working after launch. To see how this approach works in practice, visit WebBox.
