Ahmed Al Raisi US tour to enhance cooperation in the police sector

Maj. Gen. Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, the United Arab Emirates’ candidate for the post of Inspector General of the Interior Ministry and head of the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol), is visiting the United States as part of a tour that includes the south. During his visit to the United States, he met with Maj. Gen. Al Rice, Joy Hood, Undersecretary of State, James Walsh, Undersecretary of State, Gentry Smith, Assistant Secretary of State for Diplomatic Security, Bruce Schwartz, Assistant Director of the U.S. Department of Justice, and Greg Dakot, U.S. Michael Hughes, ICIDAP Director of Justice, Interpol Director in the United States, Andrew Anderson, Assistant Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and many other U.S. police and Interpol officials.

The meetings will discuss a number of common interests related to enhancing cooperation between the two friendly countries and strengthening bilateral relations in the security and police sectors, discussing ways to enhance international cooperation in the field of law enforcement, as well as discussing issues between the two countries’ bilateral partnership and terrorism and the Middle East and the Middle East. Maj.
