Alaa Mubarak: “New Abrahamic Religion” Is a “Masonic” Idea Targeting Islam and Muslims

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (CNN) — Alaa Mubarak, the son of late Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, in a series of tweets through his Twitter account Thursday, called the so-called “Abrahamic religion” a “masonic” idea that targets Islam and Muslims.

Alaa Mubarak said: “The idea of ​​the new Abrahamic religion! It is not an Islamic term, it is not distributed in our sources or in the tradition of our Imams, and has no basis in the Sharia in addition to its content. It contradicts the texts and purposes of the Islamic Sharia, and what we have learned is the term of the religion of Islam, which is It is the religion of Abraham and all the prophets, so what is the background of this idea!”.

He further said, “It is a philosophical Masonic idea of ​​political orientation targeting Islam and Muslims. It can be understood to form a complex of religions that includes a mosque, church and temple, and each person performs their worship in their own place. The teachings of his religion are about coexistence and tolerance between religions. is the opinion.”

He continued, as one of the researchers noted, the danger is that “the three monotheistic religions will merge and create a new religion called the children of Zion, which will then be followed by the establishment of a collective prayer that unites Jews, Christians and Muslims, called the Abrahamic prayer.”

And Ala Mubarak asserted, “This idea came under great attack by Muslim scholars who rejected it in form and substance. His Eminence, the Grand Imam, Dr. Ahmad Al-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, the concept of the Abrahamic religion of freedom of belief, faith and choice.” was deemed to be depriving.”
