General feeling of discomfort

In people with this cancer, the spread of cancerous tumors in the abdomen can cause discomfort and swelling.

Nausea and vomiting are symptoms of a colon that swells inside the stomach, blocking a portion of the gastric emptying.

Unexpected weight loss

Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness.

Fatigue

Stomach bloating

One of the early symptoms of stomach cancer is excessive bloating, which can make a person appear to be nine months pregnant.
