Alternatively, OnePlus fans who want to pay Rs 46,999 can opt for the larger model which comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. However, OnePlus does not confirm or deny the price of the OnePlus 9RT in India. Also, the list shows that the 9RT is available in silver and black color options.
An earlier report said that the OnePlus 9RT will go on sale in India from January 17 during the Great Republic Day sale on Amazon. Other than that, the event will be broadcast live on the official OnePlus Facebook and Twitter handles. The launch ceremony starts today, January 15 at 5 pm Indian time. Under the hood, last year’s flagship 9RT will pack the Snapdragon 888 SoC. However, the processor is capable of delivering robust performance. Also, the phone uses a 4500 mAh battery that supports 65W faster charging. In the field of photography, the 9RT will feature a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor as part of its three-rear camera system. The main camera comes with a 16MP wide angle sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front, the phone has a 16MP selfie camera.
Also, the front panel has a 6.62-inch AMOLED display with full HD + resolution. The screen has a punch-hole cutout to accommodate the front shooter. Also, it offers a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,300 nits. The phone replaces the curved edges of the OnePlus 9 Pro with a flat screen. In addition, the Indian version of Android 11 runs with Oxygen OS 11. Unfortunately, the OnePlus 9RT does not include the 3.5mm headphone jack.
