BenQ has launched the TK705i home entertainment projector, bringing 4K viewing into everyday living spaces. Announced in Dubai on 29 December 2025, the new model is designed for simple setup and flexible use at home. It combines high brightness, accurate colour, and built-in streaming to support films, sport, and gaming without complex installation.

The TK705i delivers 3,000 ANSI lumens of brightness in 4K UHD resolution. It uses BenQ’s CinematicColor™ and HDR-PRO™ technologies to support clear images and strong contrast in both bright and dim rooms. The projector also includes 8-way Smart Image Adaptation, which helps users align the picture quickly across different wall sizes and layouts.

As home viewing habits change, many users want one system that supports films, games, and shared viewing without long setup times. “TK705i is built for real life,” said Manish Bakshi, Managing Director of BenQ Middle East. “They’re designed to look good in your living space, adapt instantly to how you watch and play, and most importantly, provide impeccable 4K image quality no matter the time of day.”

Accurate colour forms a core part of the design. Using CinematicColor™ technology, the TK705i reaches 98 percent Rec.709 colour accuracy to reflect original on-screen tones. HDR-PRO™ technology supports both global and local contrast control, helping to maintain detail and balance across different lighting conditions. The projector supports screen sizes of up to 150 inches.

The model focuses on ease of use. Features include Auto Focus, Auto 2D Keystone, Optical Moto and Digital Zoom, and Auto Cinema Mode. A short-throw lens allows large projections in smaller rooms. Users can also control the projector through voice commands or a mobile app, making daily use simpler.

For streaming and gaming, the TK705i includes built-in Google TV, giving direct access to services such as Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube. HDMI 2.1 with ALLM and low input lag of 5 ms at 4K/60Hz supports responsive gameplay on consoles including PlayStation 5, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. Connectivity options include USB-C with 30W power delivery, Bluetooth 5.2, and wireless links for sound systems and personal devices.

With the TK705i, BenQ extends its home projector range by focusing on picture quality, simple setup, and practical design for shared living spaces. More information is available at https://www.benq.com/en-me/projector/cinema/tk705i.html.
