1. Use oil spray:

2. Avoid heating the pan before adding oil or butter:

When using a non-stick pan, there is no need to heat it before adding oil or butter. When a pan is exposed to high temperatures, it releases harmful chemicals. To avoid this problem, it is better to add fat to the pan immediately after putting it on the fire.

3. Avoid using the dishwasher:

Hot water and harsh detergents used in the dishwasher can damage the pan’s non-stick coating. It is best to clean these types of pans by hand using warm water and mild soap.

4. Use blunt instruments:

Be careful not to use sharp metal tools on the surface of the pan, as they can scratch and damage the pan’s adhesive layer and reduce its effectiveness. Use wooden or plastic utensils to protect the non-stick surface.
