From heritage breakfasts to landmark cake-cutting moments, the Group celebrates the spirit of unity throughout its Dubai portfolio.

As the UAE prepares for its 54th Eid Al Etihad, Central Hotels & Resorts—one of the nation’s rapidly expanding homegrown hospitality names—joins the country in honouring the landmark day with a programme filled with Emirati culture, thoughtful hospitality and family-centred festivities across its three Dubai hotels: Canal Central Hotel Business Bay, Royal Central Hotel The Palm, and C Central Resort The Palm.

This year’s celebrations take inspiration from the official 2025 theme, “United,” emphasising the shared identity and togetherness that define the UAE. “Eid Al Etihad,” meaning Festival of the Union, serves as an annual reminder of the nation’s resilience, unity and deeply rooted values.

At Canal Central Hotel Business Bay, the day begins with a vibrant cultural gathering at La Cruise Restaurant from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Guests and colleagues will enjoy traditional Emirati breakfast dishes, national music, and a setting decorated in the UAE’s red, green, white and black colours. The experience will also include henna art, Arabic calligraphy, live cooking stations and a selection of local sweets that reflect the warmth and generosity of Emirati traditions.

A highlight of the morning arrives at 9:30 AM with a ceremonial cake-cutting led by the General Manager, Operations Managers and Department Heads, joined by in-house guests and staff to mark the occasion. Front Office and F&B teams will personally greet and interact with guests, ensuring everyone feels part of the national celebration. Meanwhile, the Marketing Team will capture the day’s vibrant atmosphere and share it across the hotel’s social platforms.

At Royal Central Hotel The Palm and C Central Resort The Palm, celebrations will take place with the same heartfelt energy. Both beachfront properties will host special gatherings in their lobbies and signature restaurants, La Maison and Waves, including a five kg commemorative cake-cutting ceremony. Guests will enjoy freshly made Regag bread, henna designs, Emirati sweets and patriotic music throughout the morning.

To honour the special day, both resorts will present an Eid Al Etihad Lamb Ouzi lunch buffet for AED 199 per person, showcasing the UAE’s culinary heritage in an elegant and welcoming setting.

From Business Bay’s urban skyline to the serene shores of The Palm, Central Hotels & Resorts invites UAE residents, international visitors and hotel guests to unite in celebrating the country’s heritage, harmony and forward-looking spirit.
