Durrani Estates has rolled out a citywide outdoor campaign across Dubai, placing the brokerage’s branding on taxis, buses, bus-station panels, digital billboards on Sheikh Zayed Road, and screens inside public buses.
The campaign positions the company under the tagline ‘Dubai’s Trusted Real Estate Brokerage Firm.’ Mohammad Aatif, CEO and co-founder of Durrani Estates, said the company believes it is the first brokerage in the emirate to execute outdoor marketing at this scale.
‘Real estate brokerage should not be promoted only through individual property listings,’ Aatif said. ‘It should be built as a trusted, visible and professionally recognised brand.’
Durrani Estates outdoor campaign targets brand recall over lead generation
Most brokerage advertising in Dubai remains tied to specific project launches or short-term lead-generation activity. Durrani Estates is instead building exposure across high-frequency transit and road routes, with the aim of reaching residents, commuters, and investors at multiple points in their daily movement around the city.
Sheikh Zayed Road billboard inventory is among the costliest outdoor media in Dubai. According to industry data compiled by LeadsDubai, a single bus-shelter panel can cost from Dh2,500 per month, while a Sheikh Zayed Road billboard can exceed Dh250,000 per week. Programmatic digital-out-of-home campaigns on the corridor can be activated from Dh8,000, according to inventory data published by AdQuick.
By combining formats, Durrani Estates is targeting repeated exposure across the same commuter journeys rather than a single high-cost placement.
A crowded market and the push to stand out
Dubai’s brokerage sector is heavily populated. More than 18,000 RERA-registered brokers were operating in the emirate as of early 2026, according to figures cited by Oliva. The full list of brokers licensed by RERA is searchable through the Dubai Land Department‘s licensed brokers service and the Dubai REST app.
To operate legally, individual agents must complete a certified training course at the Dubai Real Estate Institute, pass the RERA broker exam, and register under a licensed firm, as outlined by the GoDubai portal’s broker regulations guide. Independent operation without a licensed firm is not permitted.
Against that backdrop, Durrani Estates is wagering that brand familiarity and consumer trust can serve as competitive advantages independently of any individual listing or project launch.
Aatif added: ‘Our campaign is not only about advertising properties. It is about building long-term brand recall and showing customers that Durrani Estates is present wherever Dubai is moving.’
The company was founded in India in December 2022 and established its Dubai operation in 2023. It now operates across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and India, with a stated focus on cross-border clients who live in one market and invest in another. Aatif relocated from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, to Riyadh in 2020 before moving to Dubai in 2022.
Durrani Estates says its next phase of expansion places Dubai at the centre, using it as a platform connecting buyers from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and India with UAE property opportunities.
