FUJAIRAH, 24 August / WAM / The e-Government Department of the Government of Fujairah has announced the names of the winners of the Internal Organizational Excellence Awards for 2023 at the level of the department’s staff to raise the level of culture. Individual and collective excellent organizational performance, appreciation of achievements at the level of various divisions, strengthening of organizational work system and enhancing its competitiveness and leadership in various fields and sectors.

The Department conducted induction workshops for the staff which included a detailed presentation on the salient features of the Internal Excellence Award, its objectives and categories. These workshops reflect the department’s interest in helping its departments and staff learn about organizational excellence, its requirements and the criteria for the Fujairah e-Government Internal Excellence Award.

This year, 6 winners won the Excellence Medal in the field of Supervision, Dr. Ahmad Al-Shami won the Distinguished Medal for Best Administrative Employee, Asma Abdullah Al-Kaabi, and Youssef Hamdan Al-Kaabi won the Distinguished Medal. The Special Medal for Best Innovative Employee and the Special Medal for Best Employee in Special Tasks went to Maryam Muhammad Al-Sahmi and the Best Medal for Youth went to Tahani Yasser Al-Saadi, and the Best Customer Service Medal was awarded.
