Fumée Fires Up Dubai’s Dining Scene with Two Bold New Steakhouses at Fairmont Dubai and Dubai Marina Walk

Dubai’s culinary landscape gains a striking new addition with the arrival of Fumée, a brand devoted to the artistry of smoke, flame, and flavour. Expanding its presence across two iconic destinations, each venue captures a different facet of the brand’s warmth and sophistication. At Fairmont Dubai, Fumée Steakhouse combines modern elegance with rustic charm, while its sister restaurant at District 8 on Dubai Marina Walk pairs contemporary style with the relaxed ambience of waterfront dining.

At Fumée within Fairmont Dubai, guests are welcomed into an elevated space defined by high ceilings, polished wooden floors, and an intimate candlelit glow. Dark leather seating, gentle greenery, and characterful artworks add warmth and texture, while soft jazz melodies create an atmosphere that is timeless and romantic. Meanwhile, at District 8, Fumée embraces a more artistic spirit, featuring rich textures, golden accents, and architectural detailing inspired by the ornate grandeur of Saint Basil’s Cathedral. Overlooking the shimmering marina, the design exudes modern artistry and coastal elegance, unified by the restaurant’s dedication to craftsmanship and flavour.

Culinary excellence forms the heart of Fumée Steakhouse’s identity, with both locations sharing a single vision rooted in smoke, technique, and premium ingredients. The menu celebrates expertly prepared meats, each seasoned to perfection for a deep, memorable taste. Signature dishes include the Truffle Beef Tartare with truffle aioli and crispy leek, and the 8-Hour Asado Beef Ribs, slow-cooked for melt-in-the-mouth tenderness. The centrepiece, The Golden Ottoman, serves as the ultimate sharing steak and the embodiment of the brand’s philosophy. For seafood lovers, the Lobster Linguine al Bisque offers fresh lobster bathed in a rich tomato bisque sauce. Mediterranean-inspired meze, fresh salads, and sides like Truffle Parmesan Fries and Chargrilled Asparagus round out the offering, with desserts such as Künefe with Maraş ice cream and Molten Chocolate Fondant providing a perfect finale.

To complement its menu, Fumée offers an elegant beverage selection featuring handcrafted cocktails and mocktails designed to refresh and delight. A boutique wine collection, meticulously curated, enhances the dining experience and perfectly matches the restaurant’s rich, smoky flavours.

“For us, every dish at Fumée begins with respect for the ingredient and the flame,” said Kadir Dogan, General Manager of Fumée Steakhouse. “We allow the natural character of premium cuts and fresh produce to shine, enhancing them with just the right touch of smoke, seasoning and time. To complete the experience, our handcrafted cocktails and carefully curated boutique grapes are designed to complement the richness of the menu, creating pairings that are bold, balanced and memorable.”

With refined interiors, culinary precision, and a mood of understated sophistication, Fumée Steakhouse is a standout addition to Dubai’s fine-dining scene. Blending fire, flavour, and finesse, it offers guests an indulgent steakhouse journey across two spectacular venues — Fairmont Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai Marina Walk in District 8.
