The First Group Hospitality, a leading hotel management company, has announced the rebranding of Grand Millennium Business Bay, ushering in a new phase of innovation, enhanced guest experiences, and a renewed commitment to excellence.

Situated in the heart of Dubai, Grand Millennium Business Bay brings together Millennium’s renowned warmth and international standards with the city’s vibrant energy. The property offers 260 stylish rooms and 43 spacious suites, each designed with modern comfort in mind. With a focus on guest needs, rooms feature family-friendly touches and state-of-the-art technology, including complimentary Wi-Fi and smart TVs with streaming options, ensuring a seamless stay.

Guests can enjoy a variety of dining venues, from Sofia’s Kitchen to Sorsi Osteria, as well as the much-anticipated Risen Café, a popular artisanal bakery set to open in the final quarter of the year. Other facilities include a fully equipped fitness centre, a relaxing spa, and an 85 sqm boardroom fitted with AV equipment and high-speed internet, all reflecting Millennium’s promise of genuine hospitality, convenience, and memorable experiences.

As part of The First Group Hospitality, guests will also benefit from complimentary transfers and access to Soluna Restaurants and Beach Club on the Palm, offering opportunities to unwind by the pool, relax on the beach, and savour fine dining at Enas or Risen Café.

The rebrand highlights both the property’s evolution and the broader vision of The First Group Hospitality, which continues to expand its portfolio of properties rooted in authenticity, timeless design, and meaningful guest experiences. For Millennium Hotels & Resorts, this transformation is a reaffirmation of its enduring values – prioritising people, nurturing connections, and consistently providing heartfelt hospitality.

Khaled Amer, Vice President of Operations, Middle East & Africa at Millennium Hotels & Resorts, proudly stated, “Grand Millennium Business Bay stands as a true reflection of Millenium’s spirit in Dubai, warm, welcoming, and designed for today’s traveller. Every detail of this transformation is rooted in our belief that hospitality is about people first, whether that means business convenience, family comforts, or cultural connection. We are proud to see our brand evolve with the city while always staying true to our promise of service excellence.”

Speaking on the rebrand, Apo Demirtas, Chief Strategy Officer for Hospitality at The First Group Hospitality, commented, “We’re focused on building and managing hotels that offer genuine value, authentic service, and seamless guest experiences, and Grand Millennium Business Bay is a key part of that journey. This rebrand adds depth to our portfolio and demonstrates how we are evolving to meet the expectations of today’s travellers. This property not only reflects our standards of service and quality, but also reinforces our vision of building a collection of distinctive, locally relevant hotels.”

Centrally located in Dubai’s thriving downtown district, the hotel places visitors within easy reach of many of the city’s most iconic attractions, including Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, City Walk, Museum of the Future, and Dubai Frame.

With its revitalised concept, Grand Millennium Business Bay continues to embody the values of genuine hospitality and convenience. Under the management of The First Group Hospitality, the property welcomes both returning and new guests to enjoy a carefully curated stay in the heart of Business Bay.
