Infinity Developments completed Villa Serenity, an ultra-luxury waterfront villa in Al Hamra Village, Ras Al Khaimah, on 13 August 2026, according to the company’s own website.
The residence covers 13,995 square feet (1,300 square metres) and features five en-suite bedrooms, six bathrooms, a private swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a maid’s room. Its design connects indoor and outdoor spaces around natural light and waterfront views.
Villa Serenity Al Hamra Village: what the property offers
Beyond Design Managing Director Karla Seliman said the project reflects a focus on design, craftsmanship and functionality.
‘Villa Serenity represents our vision of creating distinctive homes that combine architectural excellence, premium craftsmanship and an exceptional lifestyle experience,’ Seliman said. ‘Every element has been carefully considered to maximise comfort and privacy while embracing the unique beauty of its waterfront setting.’
Seliman added that the completion demonstrated the company’s confidence in the UAE’s luxury real estate sector. ‘As we expand our international portfolio, we remain focused on delivering developments that create lasting value while meeting the expectations of discerning homeowners and investors,’ she said.
The villa is now available for private viewings and virtual tours through Infinity Developments‘ sales team.
Wider expansion across the UAE and beyond
Villa Serenity forms part of Infinity Developments’ strategy to grow its UAE residential and hospitality portfolio. Earlier this year, the company acquired an office at Iris Bay Tower, Business Bay, Dubai for $16 million, with the firm also exploring the possibility of purchasing a European office, Gulf News reported.
The company is a member of Infinity Group. Its chairman, Samuel Saba, leads both entities, and the company describes itself as Zanzibar’s largest private developer, according to the group’s own site, citing CNBC coverage.
Infinity Developments’ Zanzibar portfolio includes Anantara Zanzibar Resort and Residences, Infinity Hills and the upcoming NH Collection Pemba Wellness Resort, alongside hospitality and heritage projects in Stone Town. The company and GEMS School Management, the advisory arm of GEMS Education, have also announced plans to explore establishing an international school in Zanzibar, with a focus on STEM learning and digital innovation, according to published reports.
Across the UAE, Zanzibar and mainland Tanzania, the company’s broader development portfolio is valued at approximately $600 million.
Ras Al Khaimah has attracted growing residential and hospitality investment in recent years, including the planned Wynn resort. The completion of Villa Serenity at Al Hamra Village adds a completed asset to the emirate’s luxury residential stock as that pipeline builds out.
