Manchester City have signed Calvin Phillips for 45 million

Calvin Phillips played 23 games for the England national team

Manchester City have agreed a 45 million deal to sign Leeds United midfielder Calvin Phillips.

Citi will pay 26 42 million for the transfer of the 26-year-old, with a potential bonus of up to 3 3 million.

City, the English Premier League champions, made Phillips their main target during the summer transfer season with the departure of Fernando after 9 seasons with the team.

Phillips, a graduate of Leeds United School, has played in 214 first teams since 2015.
