The suit, initially filed in March 2022, was dismissed in March this year, with a judge finding in March that Meghan was simply expressing “her opinion about her childhood and her relationship with her half-brother”.
Samantha is now trying again to take the case to trial in Florida, and Judge Charlene Honeywell, who is overseeing the case, is expected to decide whether to open a trial in the coming weeks.
