Everyone’s body is different and an approach is rarely achieved To lose weight Success with everyone, that is, what works for one person may not work for others.

However, according to the Hindustan Times, there are some simple steps that can help lay a healthy foundation for sustainable weight loss for most overweight cases.

Health experts have revealed that developing a daily routine can help maintain fitness and boost the immune system, which is the perfect way to lose weight.

For example, since thirst is often confused with hunger, drinking water can help control appetite.

Avoiding sugary foods, breathing exercises and sleeping well are other healthy habits that can be followed in life and a healthy lifestyle provides protection from many diseases.

In turn, nutritionist Texa Bowser explained 5 very simple tips for weight loss that are suitable for most overweight people.

Fasting food

He said an intermittent fasting diet is best for those who want to lose weight, but he hates counting calories as follows.

1 – Circadian rhythm

Dr. Powchar believes that a daily fasting regimen is a viable alternative to a low-calorie diet.

By following the circadian rhythm fast, one can eat during the day between sunrise and sunset, i.e. “12 hours of fasting and 12 hours of fasting”.

For example, he eats breakfast at 7-8 pm and dinner at 7-8 pm.

No food or drink other than water will be consumed until the next day. “

Daily rhythm fasting helps to digest all that is eaten and eliminates all that is unnecessary, and gives the digestive system enough rest.

2- Drinking water

In addition, water intake helps suppress food appetite because it gives a sense of satisfaction.

Also, the best way to help with proper digestion and excretion is to drink enough water to flush out toxins from the body.

Drinking less water can lead to constipation and dehydration, which can lead to hormonal imbalances and weight gain, the expert said, adding that warm water is best for reducing excess fat.

3- Sugar and fried foods

In the same context, avoiding foods with high sugar content, fried foods or processed foods reduces the load and stress on the liver, facilitating the digestive process and better detoxification.

It also reduces inflammation in the gut, allowing for the absorption of optimal nutrients from the foods we eat.

4 – Game

In addition, physical activity helps to improve blood flow throughout the body, which provides adequate nutrition and oxygen to all the cells of the body because breathing relaxes the mind and helps to eat consciously.

5 – Deep sleep

He ended his consultation by talking about the quality of sleep, confirming that this is one of the best ways to reduce excess body fat.

Also, sleeping before 10pm improves liver toxicity, which usually lasts from 10pm to 2am, which can help with rapid weight loss – especially if you eat dinner early – between 7-8pm.
