Yesterday, Thursday, the Tunisian Football Confederation announced the injury of rising star Hannibal al-Majbri, a day before the Tunisian delegation left for Cameroon to take part in the African Nations Cup final.

The federation said on its official page on the social networking site (Facebook) that al-Majbri would be subjected to health isolation and would join the Tunisian national team in Cameroon as soon as he recovered.

Al-Majbri joins Yusuf al-Masqani, a corona victim.

Al-Etihad, on the other hand, announced today that he is recovering from a bout of striker Saif El-Din al-Jazeera virus to attend the official delegation of the national team on his way to Cameroon on Friday.

Yesterday, Thursday, the Tunisian team held its last training session in Tunisia, which was attended by several Olympic team athletes.

Limbe will host Group F matches in Tunisia, Mauritania, Mali and the Gambia.

Tunisia, who won the title in 2004, play their first match against Mauritania next Wednesday.
