9 people have died due to Corona in 24 hours

Today, Thursday, the Ministry of Health and Social Security announced that 2,782 new (Covid-19) cases have been registered against 3,562 recoveries, while 9 deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours.

In its daily bulletin of (Covid-19) results, the ministry highlighted that 6,577,915 people received the third dose of the antiviral vaccine, while the number of people vaccinated with the second dose increased to 23,348,138 compared to 24,861. Of the 1,479 people who received the first dose, 3,733 received the fourth reminder dose, which is recommended by the Ministry of Health and Social Care due to geriatric and comorbidity factors.

The number of new infections reached 2,782, compared to recoveries of 3,562, the ministry added, adding that the cases of injuries registered in the last 24 hours were distributed in the Casablanca-Settet (990) and Rabat-Salé-Kenitra regions. The total number of active cases reached 23,987, while 22 critical cases were registered in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases to 150, while the filling rate of designated recovery beds (Covid-19) reached 2.9 percent.

Regarding the vaccination process, the ministry pointed out that 6,577,915 people received the third dose of the antiviral vaccine, while the number of people vaccinated with the second dose rose to 23,348,138, compared to 24,861,479 people who received the first dose, 3733 people. The elderly and those with comorbidities received the fourth reminder dose recommended by the Ministry of Health and Social Care.
