June 2nd saw a fantastic turnout for the BMW Open Social at Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club, where golf enthusiasts gathered for an exciting day of competition. Hosted under sunny summer skies and proudly sponsored by AGMC, the event featured a better ball stableford format that brought out some incredible performances.

The team of Mohamed Elgaddafe and Ye Liu stole the spotlight with a remarkable score of 58 stableford points, dominating the leaderboard. While both golfers contributed to the impressive total, Ye Liu delivered a standout performance, carding 8 net birdies and 7 net eagles on his own ball arguably one of the finest rounds ever seen at the club. Their incredible form earned them the top prize and well-deserved recognition.

Special accolades were also awarded for exceptional nine-hole scores. Lopez Garcia Javier and Alcalde Alvaro delivered a superb front nine to earn Best Front Nine with 25 points, while Daeil Kim and YoungKoo Kang took home Best Back Nine honours with an excellent 27 points.

The BMW Open Social was a celebration of community, competition, and top-tier golf, once again highlighting the strong partnership between Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club and AGMC.
