Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club played host to another exciting edition of the BMW Open Social on July 13th, welcoming an enthusiastic field of golfers for a day of fun but fierce competition. Generously supported by AGMC, the event ran in a better ball stableford format, allowing players to team up and showcase their skills under bright summer skies.

Adhip Shankar and Suresh Shewakramani put in a standout performance, storming to the top of the leaderboard with an incredible total of 50 stableford points. The duo’s round included an impressive seven net birdies and four net eagles, securing them the top prize and the admiration of the field.

Recognition also went to teams delivering exceptional nine hole performances. Dae II Kim and Youngkoo Kang claimed Best Front Nine honors with 25 points, while Bimal Jain and Jasim Malik captured Best Back Nine with a strong 23 points.

The BMW Open Social continues to be a highlight on the SGSC calendar, blending friendly rivalry with high-quality golf, and reinforcing the successful ongoing collaboration between the club and AGMC.
