Following its landmark international showcases beneath the Pyramids of Giza and along Egypt’s North Coast in El-Alamein, Binghatti has expanded its global presence with the launch of its AED 2 billion Dubai development, Binghatti Skyblade, unveiled in Istanbul. The high-profile international launch was celebrated with an exclusive gala dinner at the five-star Rixos Tersane Istanbul, overlooking the iconic Golden Horn and Bosphorus Sea.

The gala brought together over 2,000 distinguished guests, including investors, senior business executives, dignitaries, and cultural icons. Hosted by Hollywood star Terry Crews, the evening combined elegance and glamour, featuring a refined gala dinner set to the sounds of a live orchestra, perfectly embodying the spirit of sophistication and innovation represented by Binghatti Skyblade.

The centrepiece of the evening was the spectacular reveal of Binghatti Skyblade, introduced as one of the most sought-after opportunities to own property in Downtown Dubai’s prestigious Burj Khalifa Boulevard. Designed as a striking architectural landmark, the development offers 621 residences, comprising Royal Suites, premium studios with private jacuzzis, and exclusive two- and three-bedroom Royal units with private pools. At its pinnacle, the tower features an Infinity Sky Pool, giving residents unmatched panoramic views of Burj Khalifa and the surrounding Downtown Dubai skyline.

Recognising the rising demand from Turkish investors, Binghatti announced a dedicated five-day sales showcase to follow the Istanbul launch. Held at Swissotel The Bosphorus from 7 to 11 September, the event will provide tailored investment consultations, personalised guidance, and exclusive opportunities available only to participants.

Chairman of Binghatti Holding Ltd, Muhammad Binghatti, said:
“Skyblade is not merely a residential tower; it is a legacy project positioned on the world’s most prestigious boulevard, standing as one of the last few developments to rise in the very heart of Downtown Dubai. By unveiling this landmark in Istanbul, a city that bridges continents, we reaffirm our mission to connect cultures and create architectural icons that transcend borders and generations.”

The Istanbul launch reinforces Binghatti’s growing international footprint, following historic showcases in Egypt that redefined global real estate launches. With Skyblade, Binghatti sets a new benchmark for luxury living, uniting architectural excellence, cultural significance, and enduring investment value in a truly world-class development.
