At the heart of the new system is the drive to make collections simpler for business owners while equipping staff with the ability to collect payments directly. Every transaction flows directly to the owner’s account, while staff can collect on their behalf. Instant notifications alert both owner and staff when money has been received, eliminating the need for repeated follow-ups. Each transaction is automatically assigned to the staff member involved, making it easier to monitor performance and manage incentives.
A regional first, the launch also introduces NFC-enabled QR technology integrated with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Customers can now complete transactions by simply tapping, without the need to scan or input card details, with payments processed in under five seconds. The approach mirrors UPI-style convenience while allowing customers to pay directly through their browser—reducing friction and setting a new standard for customer experience.
