How we work
We report from official and primary sources, such as government announcements, regulators, Dubai Police, the courts and company filings, and we link to them so readers can check for themselves. Press releases are treated as tips: we check them and report what is useful, and we do not publish them as they arrive.
When we get something wrong, we correct it and say so. Our corrections page explains how to report an error and what happens next. Our standards are set out in our editorial policy.
Partner content is always labelled as partner content. It is kept out of our news coverage and off the homepage, and it is not included in Google News. Dubai Week is not accepting partner content at present. Commercial relationships do not decide what we cover or how we cover it.
