Dubai-based public relations consultancy Shakespeare Communications has been selected as the PR partner for Frank Porter, a prominent short-term rental property management company in the UAE, to handle its communications activity across the Middle East.

Established in 2017, Frank Porter manages more than 650 properties across the UAE, providing a comprehensive suite of services for property owners, including listing creation and optimisation, interior styling, maintenance coordination and guest support.

With its commitment to offering seamless and premium short-stay property management, Frank Porter is well placed to benefit from Shakespeare Communications’ strong track record in the real estate, hospitality and lifestyle industries throughout the Gulf.

Anna Skigin, Founder & CEO of Frank Porter shares, “I am excited to work with Shakespeare Communications, a company with a reputation for excellence and professionalism. Their extensive experience in hospitality and real estate PR is exactly the fit Frank Porter is looking for, and I look forward to this fruitful collaboration.”

Through this new partnership, Shakespeare Communications will utilise its extensive media relationships across the UAE to achieve prominent coverage across broadcast, online and print platforms, while also supporting Frank Porter’s wider growth ambitions by enhancing thought-leadership visibility and increasing engagement with investors and media stakeholders.

Ananda Shakespeare, Founder & CEO of Shakespeare Communications, says: “We are thrilled to welcome Frank Porter to our client family. Their full-service, owner-centric model in the booming Dubai short-term rental market aligns perfectly with our ongoing focus on real estate and hospitality communications. Together, we will elevate their presence and share their story of innovation and excellence.”

For Frank Porter, this partnership represents a strategic move to strengthen its market-leading position while capitalising on evolving trends in travel, tourism and property investment.

The short-term rental sector in the UAE continues to grow, driven by regulatory support and the country’s expanding tourism landscape. Frank Porter’s turnkey service model addresses the need for streamlined management assistance among property owners, making this an ideal time to enhance their brand communications.

Shakespeare Communications, founded in Dubai in 2014, provides tailored PR and communications strategies to industries ranging from property and hospitality to technology, finance and F&B. The collaboration will enable Frank Porter to leverage a customised communications approach designed to accelerate expansion within the UAE and wider GCC region.
