Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s foremost private developers, has confirmed a new partnership with Al Rostamani Communications to oversee the supply and installation of Hanwha Vision CCTV surveillance systems for Burj Azizi, set to become the world’s second-tallest tower. The collaboration includes the rollout of high-definition cameras, advanced network video recorders, intelligent video analytics and an integrated monitoring platform designed to ensure high performance, low latency and long-term operational reliability across the entire development.

Hanwha Vision, a globally recognised South Korean surveillance technology leader, is renowned for its cutting-edge imaging systems, AI-driven analytics and strong cybersecurity framework. Its solutions are widely deployed across major infrastructure projects, airports, smart cities, corporate environments and government facilities. Al Rostamani Communications, established in the UAE and well respected for its ICT and ELV expertise, brings extensive experience in delivering turnkey surveillance and smart infrastructure projects throughout the region.

Mr. Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, said: “We are pleased to collaborate with Hanwha Vision, one of the world’s most respected surveillance-technology manufacturers, on the integration of advanced CCTV systems at Burj Azizi. Ensuring security, operational reliability, and intelligent monitoring is indispensable for a development of this scale. With Hanwha Vision’s proven expertise and Al Rostamani Communications’ technical capabilities, we are reinforcing our delivery of future-ready infrastructure that elevates the resident and visitor experience while contributing to Dubai’s continued ascent as a global benchmark in innovation and urban excellence.”

Scheduled for completion in 2029, the 725-metre, 140-storey Burj Azizi will offer an exceptional blend of residential, hospitality, retail and leisure components. Its ultra-luxury mall will showcase leading global fashion brands, while the residential levels will feature refined one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Dedicated amenity floors positioned every 20 storeys will cater to residents with swimming pools, wellness areas, a gym and yoga studio, spa, games rooms, business facilities, a children’s play area, cinema, dining options and a supermarket. Above the residences, exclusive penthouses ranging from one to five bedrooms will enjoy elevated access and private lobby areas.

Higher still, an all-suite seven-star hotel will occupy the upper levels, designed around seven cultural themes — Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Turkish, French and Russian. The hotel will offer themed restaurants, a luxury ballroom, an Emirati signature dining experience and an exclusive beach club, setting a new benchmark for hospitality and luxury in Dubai.

Burj Azizi is also poised to achieve several global records, including the world’s highest observation deck on level 130, the highest hotel lobby on level 111, the highest nightclub on level 126, the tallest restaurant on level 122 and the highest hotel room on level 118. At its summit, the tower will house a dedicated museum chronicling the evolution of the landmark, featuring multimedia exhibits that document its design and construction journey.

Prospective buyers and investors are invited to visit Azizi Developments’ Sales Gallery, located on the 13th floor of the Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road.
