Set to reshape the future of refined living, Dubai Peninsula introduces a new era of elevated waterfront experiences. Backed by Bright Start and realised by H&H, this rare coastal district on the Jumeirah shoreline has been crafted as a sculpted environment where architecture, culture, hospitality and nature merge seamlessly. With Aman and Rosewood preparing their inaugural Dubai openings, alongside further prestigious names soon to be introduced, the destination is positioned to become one of the world’s most curated and culturally significant resort environments.

Perfectly situated near the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Bay and the Dubai Canal, the Peninsula showcases an orchestrated fusion of light, movement and contemporary form. On one edge, a world-class marina for superyachts becomes the development’s sociable heart, bordered by landscaped walkways, creative studios, fashion houses and dining concepts. Aman’s arrival will feature an all-suite waterfront hotel designed by Kerry Hill Architects, complete with the Aman Spa, a private Aman Club, multiple dining venues and a select number of Aman Residences.

Opposite the marina, a sweeping beach forms a tranquil yet lively coastline, complete with a refined beach club overlooking both sea and skyline. Rosewood’s debut in Dubai will introduce its first hotel and residences in the city, including a private shoreline, an elegant beach club, four signature dining spaces and an extensive wellness centre.

At the centre of the masterplan, a green parkland winds through shaded walkways, creating a pedestrian-friendly sanctuary that offers a balance between retreat and connection. Meticulously imagined leisure environments unify nature, architecture and cultural expression, shaping a community centred around wellness, interaction and visually harmonious design.

Driven by globally acclaimed talent including Jean-Michel Gathy, Richard Rogers, Kerry Hill, Bjarke Ingels, Hopkins, Banda and Joyce Wang, Dubai Peninsula stands as a statement of design mastery. Every detail across facades, finishes and landscaped elements reflects a shared ambition for innovation, refinement and enduring modern elegance.

Shahab Lutfi, Chief Executive Officer of Bright Start, said: “Dubai Peninsula embodies our vision for a new era of living in the city. Iconic and timeless, defined by exceptional hospitality and poised to leave a legacy in the region, it will inspire today and endure as a defining landmark in Dubai.”

Miltos Bosinis, Chief Executive Officer of H&H, commented: “Dubai Peninsula is the perfect representation of H&H’s vision to set a new benchmark for upscale living by creating transformative developments and introducing the most recognized hospitality brands to the city. Every element of Dubai Peninsula reflects our pursuit of excellence, innovation, and creation, delivering an aspirational lifestyle that is unprecedented in the market.”
