Dubai Developer Brings Beach Club Living to Al Jaddaf Waterfront

A crystal-clear pool stretches through the centre of Azizi Developments’ latest project, unveiled Wednesday in Al Jaddaf. The beach-style centrepiece anchors what the Dubai-based developer calls a resort-inspired concept for urban professionals and families seeking waterfront living without leaving the city.

Azizi Jaddaf Beach Oasis launched on 19 February with freehold studios, one-bedroom apartments, and penthouses. The development targets buyers drawn to Al Jaddaf’s position between Dubai Creek and the city’s central business corridors—a district that has seen accelerated residential development over the past 18 months.

The project adds to Azizi’s expanding footprint across Dubai. The developer currently has 150,000 units under construction, a portfolio valued at tens of billions of US dollars. Since launching operations, the firm has delivered 45,000 homes to buyers from more than 100 countries.

Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, framed the launch around evolving buyer priorities. “Azizi Jaddaf Beach Oasis reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering well-located, lifestyle-focused communities that respond to the evolving needs of residents and investors alike,” he said. “By bringing a resort-inspired concept into a highly connected urban setting, we are offering a new way of living that balances relaxation, accessibility, and everyday practicality.”

The amenities list reads like a self-contained leisure district. Separate gyms for men and women sit alongside adult and children’s swimming pools. A cinema hall, indoor children’s play area, and multipurpose hall fill out the communal spaces. Round-the-clock security and parking cover the practical requirements.

Al Jaddaf’s appeal lies in proximity. The district sits minutes from Dubai Healthcare City and Business Bay, with Sheikh Zayed Road’s commercial spine accessible within a short drive. The Al Jaddaf Waterfront and neighbouring hospitality landmarks provide leisure options without requiring long commutes.

That positioning matters in a competitive market where developers like Emaar and Damac have rolled out their own resort-concept projects. Azizi’s bet centres on freehold ownership combined with location—a formula that has worked for the firm’s master-planned communities including Azizi Riviera, Azizi Venice, and Azizi Milan.

The developer’s broader pipeline includes Burj Azizi, set to become the world’s second tallest skyscraper. Projects span MBR City, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai South, Dubailand, Al Furjan, Dubai Islands, Studio City, Sports City, and Downtown Jebel Ali. The geographic spread reflects a strategy of establishing presence across both established and emerging districts.

Interior finishes lean contemporary, with open-plan layouts designed to maximise views and natural light. Penthouses occupy the upper levels, offering expanded space for buyers seeking more than standard apartment configurations.

The sales gallery operates from the 13th floor of the Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, giving potential buyers a centralised location to review plans and unit availability.

For Azizi, the launch represents another step in a construction-driven model that prioritises delivery timelines and transparent communication with buyers. The firm has built its reputation on completing projects rather than simply announcing them—a distinction that matters in a market where off-plan sales dominate.

Whether the resort concept translates to strong sales will depend partly on pricing and completion schedules, details the developer has yet to disclose publicly. What’s clear is that Al Jaddaf’s transformation from industrial zone to residential hub continues, with Azizi planting its flag firmly in the district’s ongoing evolution.
