After Facebook .. Microsoft is about to launch the first “Metaverse” applications this time!

Date:

Microsoft is working on the first version of its virtual world, MetaverseFacebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, in a comment announced last month, is testing a new version of the chat and conferencing program teams that includes the digital incarnation, and it will be available in the first half of 2022.

In the virtual world customers can share features like Office files and PowerPoint packages.

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said, “This epidemic has spread the commercial use of events, but sometimes consumer goods seem like science fiction.”

He added that Corona patients at a hospital in the United Kingdom had personally used the technology to visit the ward, the Toyota factory and the International Space Station.

Features of the new teams, unveiled Tuesday at the Ignite conference, will allow companies to create high-speed spaces where employees can meet. The technology uses Microsoft software Mesh, announced earlier this year, which implements augmented reality and virtual reality experiences on a variety of mirrors, including Microsoft’s HoloLens.

The public perception of metawares – the future world of rebuilding people’s entire lives online – is still a long way off.

Microsoft has also released a product called Dynamics 365 Connected Spaces, which will allow people to access and interact with retail spaces and factories.

Microsoft’s Metaverse applications are ready to work with Oculus googles, formerly known as the Meta Platforms known as Facebook, and it is not yet clear how various companies’ insights into Metaverse can communicate. For example, if Nadella and Zuckerberg wanted to meet in the virtual world, in which apps would they communicate, groups or Horizon?

Nadella said the focus is on the practical applications of Microsoft metawares, which means the benefits are clear. This will help introduce people to an idea that some critics describe as intimidating.

“There is no fear of going too far to the Govt Patient Ward so that a doctor can help his patients, or provide remote assistance in the production line when an engineer has to adjust a production line during a Govt crisis. I work from home, ”he said.
