In a heartwarming celebration of empathy and inclusion, Al Noor Training Centre for People of Determination has recently partnered with ACE Gallagher in support of children in need.
Volunteers from ACE Gallagher Insurance Brokers UAE dedicated their time to lead an arts and crafts session at the Centre, where they helped children craft personalized Mother’s Day cards. The room was filled with laughter and creativity as the children and volunteers worked together, fostering a sense of connection and inclusion. This heartfelt session, alongside donations of money and printing equipment from the company, highlighted that inclusion is not just a policy but a practice of love, presence, and community spirit.
At the heart of the visit was Chantal, a bright and inspiring young woman with Down Syndrome. Chantal joined Al Noor at the age of three and spent all her formative years there as a student. Today, she is a valued member of the Centre’s team, embodying the spirit of growth, resilience, and possibility.
Following the presentation, Chantal guided the volunteers on a tour of the school, showcasing programs from life skills development to creative workshops and therapy sessions. Experiencing the Centre’s holistic support left a deep impression on the team.
The visit concluded with the team exploring Al Noor’s in-house shop, purchasing hand-crafted items like mugs, t-shirts, trays, hats, coasters, and bags. The purchases support the Centre and serve as lasting reminders of a meaningful day.
