On 30 November 2025, Dubai once again brought together visionary leaders, innovators, creators, and scientists as the Alliance Top Award 2025 announced this year’s winners. Hosted under the auspices of the Alliance Top Association, the ceremony highlighted achievements redefining excellence across four major domains: Business & Economy, Creativity & Art, Beauty & Wellbeing, and Science & Technology.

Held at one of Dubai’s premier venues and attended by several hundred guests, the event showcased not only individual success stories but a broader picture of how global innovation is evolving today.

A record-breaking year: 2,300+ applicants from across the globe

The 2025 edition reached a new milestone with more than 2,300 applicants representing the UAE, the MENA region, the United States, the United Kingdom, India, Spain, Canada, and many others.

This year’s submissions revealed a notable rise in sustainability-focused initiatives, AI-driven solutions, and human-centered projects – reflecting the global shift toward more responsible and impact-oriented innovation.

Only a limited group advanced to the final review stage, emphasizing the Award’s competitive nature and high standards.

What makes the Alliance Top Award distinctive

A defining characteristic of the Alliance Top Award is its deeply interdisciplinary scope.

Few programs bring together such a broad spectrum of talent – business strategists, technologists, artists, researchers, wellbeing innovators – all celebrated on the same stage.

As one of the finalists, Oleg Pankiv (IT Systems Architect), noted during the evening:

“What makes this Award different is seeing people from entirely different fields recognized side by side. It shows that innovation today isn’t siloed – it happens where disciplines intersect.”

This perspective reflects the Award’s mission: to identify individuals whose work stands out not only within their sector, but across sectors, shaping broader global progress.

The Award’s independent governance, international jury, and emphasis on ethical and socially meaningful achievement have positioned it as a respected and credible recognition platform.

Ceremony highlights: a gathering of global talent

The ceremony gathered an exceptionally diverse audience-industry executives, policymakers, cultural leaders, researchers, and creative innovators.

A dynamic multimedia segment opened the night, giving attendees a closer look at selected finalists and the real-world impact of their work.

“This year’s nominees represent a new era of global leadership – bold, ethical, and impact-driven,” said Alexander Van der Meer, President of the Alliance Top Association.
“Their work is already shaping the future across economies, creative fields, wellbeing, and scientific research.”

Compared to previous years, many guests remarked that the 2025 edition felt more globally connected than ever, reflecting a shift toward solutions that blend technology, culture, health, and sustainable development.

Under the leadership of Alexander Van der Meer, the Association promotes cross-sector collaboration, ethical leadership, and global knowledge exchange.

The Award’s Organizing Committee – chaired by Van der Meer-ensures that each edition remains aligned with its mission: to elevate outstanding individuals whose work advances society across multiple domains.

A forward-looking edition that reflected the future

With 2,300+ applicants and a distinguished group of finalists shaping different sectors, the event reaffirmed its role as a stage for global leadership and innovation.

More broadly, the ceremony highlighted a defining truth: the future is interdisciplinary.

Progress now emerges at the convergence of business strategy, scientific discovery, creative insight, and wellbeing innovation.

The individuals celebrated this year are not just excelling in their fields – they are reshaping those fields, building bridges between them, and setting new standards for global leadership.
