Alpago Group Reveals Curve DiLusso, a Private Beachfront Residence on Palm Jumeirah

Alpago Group has introduced Curve DiLusso, a beachfront villa on Palm Jumeirah valued at AED 95 million. The property offers a secluded living environment and includes a super master bedroom, two master bedrooms, two guest suites, a private cinema, gym, swimming pool, and supporting staff facilities.

Alpago Design & Build, part of Alpago Group, has announced the completion of Curve DiLusso, its latest residential project on Palm Jumeirah. The villa reflects the company’s focus on high-quality construction and detailed interior execution within one of Dubai’s most established waterfront locations.

Located on Frond C, the three-level residence has an estimated value of AED 95 million. The design centres on a full-height marble feature wall that runs across all floors. This element is formed from hundreds of hand-finished marble pieces, aligned and installed with precision. Interior finishes include porcelain tiles, oak chevron parquet flooring, stone detailing, and textured surfaces, creating a balanced and restrained interior scheme.

Speaking on the unveiling, Syed Azeem Mehroz, Group CEO and CFO at Alpago Group, commented, “Curve DiLusso embodies the Group’s philosophy of luxury with intention, where perfection is a norm and it translates into exceptional projects. This villa is not simply a residence; it is a sculpture designed for living, celebrating detail, precision, and the enduring beauty of timeless design.”

The villa covers 7,496 sq. ft. (696 sq. m.) and includes a full-floor super master bedroom on the second level, alongside two master bedrooms and two guest suites. Additional facilities include a private cinema, a gym, and open-plan living and dining areas that connect directly to outdoor spaces. A central spiral staircase links all levels, while full-height glazing allows natural light and views across the shoreline.

The architectural approach uses curved forms to guide movement through the home. Bathrooms feature marbles in green, blue, and grey tones. Many components are carved from solid marble blocks, highlighting natural texture and material depth.

The residence also includes a private lift, a fully equipped kitchen, staff accommodation, and a dedicated cinema room. Outdoor areas include landscaped terraces and an infinity pool overlooking the Palm Jumeirah waterfront.

The villa’s external form was designed by Italian design house Pininfarina. The architectural structure is paired with interior execution by Alpago Design & Build, combining sculpted geometry with precise construction standards.

Interior furnishings are sourced from established European brands including Antonio Luppi, Henge, Matteo Gennari, Rimadesio, Molteni, Galotti & Radice, Gessi, Reflex, Laura Meroni, Paolo Castelli, Bonaldo, B&B Italia, Baxter, and Poliform. Each space is arranged to reflect a consistent design language across the home.

Custom joinery, storage, the kitchen, and bar areas are produced by Molteni & Dada and fitted with Miele appliances. Lighting solutions from Henge, Vibia, Bomma, Foscarini, and Leucos are used throughout to support functional and ambient needs.

Curve DiLusso adds to Alpago Design & Build’s portfolio in Dubai, which includes projects such as Sole Mare, Vivid Walls Apartment, The Curved Mansion, and Ethereal Enclave. The company operates an integrated design, build, and fit-out model, managing projects from concept through completion to maintain consistency and quality.

Curve DiLusso is now available for private viewings, with a listed price of AED 95 million.
