CRUSH AGENCY Unveils ICONS. by CRUSH, Expanding Its Global Talent and Audience Capabilities

CRUSH AGENCY has announced the launch of ICONS. by CRUSH, a new international Talent & Audience division that further strengthens the agency’s global presence. Established in Paris in 2009, the agency has built a reputation for delivering high-profile luxury experiential productions, including the TIME100 Impact Awards in Dubai, Bvlgari Le Gemme Sahare in Riyadh, and the regional launch of Mercedes-Maybach. With a long-standing footprint in the Middle East since 2015, this development marks a significant strategic milestone.

Developed from years of collaborations across luxury, entertainment, and cultural sectors, CRUSH AGENCY is widely recognised for its founder’s extensive creative and music industry connections. The agency has produced headline moments for leading luxury brands and celebrated artists, including projects with Huda Beauty and Kehlani, IWC and Jamiroquai, and talent programming for Cartier and One&Only. Over more than a decade, CRUSH has elevated cultural experiences across Europe and the Middle East through what it terms “iconic resonance” — the emotional and cultural significance created when remarkable talent intersects with powerful brand moments.

Having built deep expertise while operating as an extension of artist management for selected partnerships with Ne-Yo, Ayra Starr and Hiba Tawaji, the creation of a dedicated talent division was a natural progression. With ICONS. by CRUSH, this evolution becomes formalised through a curated roster of global artists, creators, speakers, athletes, cultural figures, and influential personalities.

ICONS. by CRUSH offers direct access to world-class talent and VIP audiences for summits, forums, cultural showcases and large-scale events. In addition to appearances, the division provides full 360° image and partnership strategy services, including long-term endorsements, representation programmes, and bespoke engagements.

With offices in Paris and Dubai, representation in Doha, and plans for further growth in Saudi Arabia, CRUSH continues to operate globally, connecting brands with leading cultural voices. “ICONS. by CRUSH is the natural continuation of what we’ve been building since 2009,” says Sophie Christophe, Founder of CRUSH AGENCY. “We’ve always connected brands with exceptional talent. With ICONS, we unite music, sport, impact, and culture under one global roof, creating meaningful experiences led by extraordinary personalities.”

From performance curation to summit programming and high-level audience design, ICONS. by CRUSH reflects the agency’s commitment to excellence, emotional depth and cultural impact — the core qualities that define the CRUSH identity.
