For the third quarter of 2026, net profit before tax was AED 205.4 million, up 29% from AED 159.1 million in the third quarter of 2025. Deyaar said profit grew faster than revenue, so the pre-tax margin widened to 35.6% from 29.4% a year earlier.

What it means for buyers and residents
Deyaar said handovers have continued across a number of its residential communities in Dubai, with more than 2,100 units delivered since the start of 2026. It said this shows its ability to convert sales into completed projects, supporting future revenue visibility.
For the rest of 2026, the company said it will focus on maintaining profitability and earnings quality, delivering handovers on schedule and advancing construction across its active projects. It described its project pipeline as progressing to plan. Its chief executive, Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, said the nine-month performance is “built on delivery”.
