Aerial Spectacle, Latin Vibes, and a Thrilling New Season of Dining and Entertainment

DREAM Dubai, the city’s leading immersive dinner-and-show destination, sets the stage ablaze once again as it unveils its ninth season, Caliente! As the name suggests—Caliente means “hot”—this season is fuelled by energy, colour, rhythm, and passion. The latest production ramps up the excitement with a fiery mix of Latin flair, breathtaking acts, and a refreshed fine-dining experience that engages every sense.

Guests are transported into a world where artistry knows no limits. The stage radiates energy as the Sky Skaters, a roller-skating duo recently seen on America’s Got Talent 2025, deliver a thrilling aerial routine never before witnessed in Dubai. Adding a dramatic edge, an acrobatic couple brings a daring bathtub act to the stage, blending strength, sensuality, and theatrical brilliance. As the evening unfolds, dancers and vocalists transform the venue into a vibrant carnival of rhythm and celebration, erasing the boundaries between performers and guests in a true fiesta of sound, movement, and colour.

The experience is designed to be highly interactive, with performers stepping off the stage to mingle with the audience, heightening the atmosphere and building an authentic connection. Choreography inspired by Latin beats is guaranteed to get guests up on their feet, dancing and celebrating throughout the night. Costumes are just as striking—super colourful and bold—paying homage to the lively spirit of Latin culture while maintaining the elegance and sophistication that DREAM is renowned for.

Music plays a pivotal role in setting the mood, with a playlist that fuses global chart-toppers with Spanish and Latin influences to create an infectious party vibe. Every detail, from the sound design to the visual staging, is carefully curated to transport guests into a world of fiesta, dance, and celebration.

Season 9’s culinary offering is as spectacular as the show itself. Curated by Executive Chef Rifky, the new menu reflects the dynamism of the performances with dishes and cocktails that echo their vibrancy. Signature highlights include the Angus Beef Tenderloin served with a Tajín-spiced truffle sauce, and the Honey Chilotta, a bold dessert featuring mango, caramelised walnut, and spiced honey. The drinks are equally imaginative, with creations such as Viva La Vida—a signature cocktail made with cachaça, passion fruit, and a hint of Ancho Reyes—capturing the true Latin spirit.

DREAM’s commitment to reinvention continues to set it apart, with each season showcasing fresh artistic direction and innovative performances. Season 9 is not just a dinner show—it is a spectacle of artistry, rhythm, and flavour; a celebration that immerses guests in a world of passion and performance unlike anything else Dubai has to offer.
