Spend Microsoft New Xbox Dashboard featuring the updated version Edge BrowserAfter six months of testing, a Chromium version of the Edge is now available on all existing Xbox One and Xbox Series S / X consoles, and new capabilities allow Xbox owners to stream Google Stadia games and access Discord on the Internet.
The Xbox version of the Edge looks almost identical to the version available on PC or Mac, and includes features such as Edge vertical tabs and groups on the laptop. Ability to switch to developer mode to access the console.
The Edge also supports a mouse and keyboard, so you can access Word or Excel or access Google Stadia games via your keyboard and mouse or your Xbox console.
Although the Xbox does not have a Discord processor, you can still access the web version with this new version of the Edge. Descart allows you to join voice calls and participate in text channel conversations, but microphone support is not available.
The new Edge browser is a bigger improvement over the Xbox than ever before, and can also be used to access web games like Steam PC games or Cruncher or Quake JS.
Also Nvidia blocks its GeForce Now streaming service through Edge.
The new Microsoft Edge browser for Xbox is available for all Xbox consoles.
