  • Riyadh Air and Uber unveil a strategic alliance to offer a streamlined and rewarding travel journey for passengers in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
  • The partnership promises enhanced mobility and exclusive perks for Riyadh Air’s upcoming Loyalty members.

Riyadh Air and Uber Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: UBER) have announced a long-term strategic partnership under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide an industry-leading, seamless travel experience for passengers across the Kingdom and globally. The signing ceremony was held at the Boeing factory in Charleston, set against the backdrop of Riyadh Air’s first aircraft. The event also welcomed Lucid Motors, highlighting the convergence of premium aviation, cutting-edge global mobility, and next-generation electric vehicles.

The collaboration marks a significant milestone in Riyadh Air’s mission to offer best-in-class services throughout the guest journey. By aligning with Uber, Riyadh Air continues to raise the bar for convenience, innovation, and excellence, ensuring a stress-free travel experience from start to finish.

Under the agreement, both companies will roll out several initiatives, including exclusive rewards for Riyadh Air’s soon-to-be-launched loyalty programme. These benefits will be fully integrated into Riyadh Air’s digital ecosystem, delivering smooth connectivity and peace of mind for guests from the time they book their flights to their arrival at their destination.

Osamah Alnuaiser, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Riyadh Air, said: “This partnership with Uber is another example of how Riyadh Air is reimagining the travel experience. By integrating trusted and innovative services into our offering, we are ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless, premium journey both in the air and on the ground. Together, we are setting new standards for convenience and service excellence in the aviation industry.”

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to innovation, customer-focused solutions, and world-class standards. By pairing Riyadh Air’s premium aviation experience with Uber’s global technology platform, the collaboration simplifies last-mile travel, meeting the growing expectations of today’s travellers.

Madhu Kannan, Chief Business Officer at Uber, said: “Our partnership with Riyadh Air is a significant step in our mission to make movement seamless for people everywhere. By combining premium air travel with convenient and seamless last-mile mobility, we’re making journeys effortless and more convenient for travelers in the Kingdom and around the world.”

This alliance strengthens Riyadh Air’s strategy to position itself as one of the world’s most guest-centric airlines. With plans to serve more than 100 destinations by 2030, the collaboration with Uber demonstrates Riyadh Air’s dedication to innovation, premium service delivery, and global connectivity.
