Bitget Launches 2026 Graduate Programme to Inspire the Next Billion Minds

Bitget, one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges and Web3 companies, has opened applications for its 2026 Graduate Programme. As part of Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth initiative, the scheme is designed to recruit top university talent worldwide and immerse them directly into live Web3 projects.

The process moves quickly: applications are open now, interviews will begin in October, offers will be extended in December, and successful candidates will onboard in 2026. More than 50 roles are available across engineering, product management, business development, growth, branding, operations, data analytics, algorithm, and risk control. Graduates will rotate between high-impact teams, supported by senior mentors and given real ownership of workstreams. The aim is to ensure the next generation has access to meaningful roles that allow them to build and innovate.

“We believe in the future and that’s exactly why we are hiring for it,” said Vugar Usi Zade, Chief Operating Officer at Bitget. “This program is not just about building blockchain; it is about building thinkers who can question, design, and deliver. Together, Bitget is looking to build the next billion minds.”

To launch the season, Blockchain4Youth and Blockchain4Her, two of Bitget’s CSR initiatives, will co-host a Web3 diversity careers event at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) on 20 September alongside the 0xU student community. Bitget staff will share personal career journeys, present case studies, and meet directly with candidates interested in shaping the future where finance, technology, and culture converge.

The company is seeking graduates who are proactive, inventive, and confident working across cultures. A strong curiosity about AI and Web3 is essential. In return, participants will join one of the fastest-growing exchanges in the world, collaborate with colleagues from more than 50 nations, and progress through a structured development journey that combines rotations, mentorship, competitive pay, and opportunities to deliver cutting-edge projects.

Centred on Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth programme, this initiative is designed as more than just a graduate recruitment track. It offers a launchpad into Web3, underpinned by workshops, campus events, and direct mentorship. Graduates will gain practical experience building real products while growing within a global community. The scheme forms part of B4Y’s wider educational framework, which connects early-career pathways with hands-on learning to transform literacy into independence and innovation.
