Bitget Unveils Universal Platform for Cryptocurrency, Gold, and Stocks

Bitget, the world’s largest Universal Exchange (UEX), is marking its 7th anniversary with the #GearUpTo7 theme, introducing a new era of integrated finance.

Looking to the future, Bitget has positioned itself as the Universal Exchange (UEX), a concept first outlined in a recent community letter by CEO Gracy Chen. UEX reflects Bitget’s vision of creating a complete ecosystem that resolves the long-standing “impossible triangle” of exchanges: user experience, asset diversity, and security. By unifying decentralised and centralised services, AI-driven tools, and advanced security under a single framework, Bitget has become the world’s first UEX.

This transformation has been underway in recent months. In Q3 2025, Bitget Onchain introduced full support for Ethereum, BSC, Base, and Solana assets. Partnerships with xStocks and Ondo widened access to tokenised stocks and ETFs. Bitget also pioneered Stock Index Perpetual Futures, bringing instruments such as AAPL and NVDA into crypto derivatives. In line with Chen’s vision, Bitget aims to support all tradable assets, expanding beyond hundreds of cryptocurrencies to include stocks, ETFs, gold, and forex on one unified platform.

A key distinction between UEX and conventional CEX or DEX models is the integration of artificial intelligence. Bitget’s proprietary tool, GetAgent, delivers real-time analysis, personalised strategies, and actionable insights, bridging the gap between decision-making and execution. Alongside this, a range of automated trading bots provides continuous access to opportunities, improving efficiency for users.

“Our growth over the past seven years is based on a methodical approach used to build an infrastructure that serves the evolving needs of traders, investors, and institutions. We’re shifting towards providing easier access and clean integration of emerging finance into our daily lives. As the first UEX, Bitget is bound to lead this transition with tools and products that meet both current and future demands of users worldwide,” said Gracy Chen, CEO at Bitget.

Security remains a cornerstone of the UEX model, combining both on-chain and off-chain safeguards. Bitget will use intelligent systems to monitor risks such as token concentration and potential rug pulls, backed by its User Protection Fund, now worth more than $700 million.

Since its inception, Bitget has focused on steady, sustainable growth over rapid expansion. It has strengthened its footprint in emerging markets including Southeast Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East, through local community outreach, multilingual services, and in-person events.

Regulatory alignment has also been prioritised. In 2025, Bitget obtained licences or registrations in Italy, Poland, Lithuania, Czechia, El Salvador, Argentina, Bulgaria, and Georgia. Its compliance team of over 70 experts works with regulators to foster sustainable frameworks and ensure market trust.

This September, Bitget is celebrating its 7th anniversary with the “Gear Up to 7” campaign, ushering in the Universal Exchange era. Highlights include the #GearUpTo7 Sprint Challenge offering a $400,000 USDT prize pool, a Bitget-branded MotoGP racing bike, global motorcycle parades, an anniversary anthem by crypto influencer Lil Bubble, and the TopGear Night afterparty at TOKEN2049. Bitget will also debut its Smart Awards, recognising exceptional traders and celebrating their stories of resilience and success in the crypto industry.

As Bitget enters its seventh year, it remains focused on long-term growth strategies that link users, assets, and markets while raising the bar for innovation, security, and accessibility in digital finance.

Over the past seven years, Bitget has grown through strategic partnerships, community projects, and consistent expansion. Collaborations with global icons such as Messi, Juventus FC, MotoGP, LaLiga, and the UNTOLD music festival have extended Bitget’s presence beyond crypto, building links with mainstream culture. Educational initiatives including Blockchain4Youth and Blockchain4Her have supported more than 15,000 young people across 60 universities worldwide. Additionally, its collaboration with UNICEF aims to educate 1 million people on blockchain by 2027, setting an unmatched standard in Web3 outreach.
