The Brooklyn Creamery Launches Gelato Range in the UAE

The Brooklyn Creamery (TBC) has expanded its indulgent yet lighter dessert line-up with the launch of gelato, a brand-new category for UAE consumers. Taking inspiration from Italian tradition and reimagined with a Brooklyn twist, the collection delivers authentic creaminess with a healthier edge.

For the first time in the UAE, dessert lovers can enjoy gelato made with zero added sugar, fewer calories, and reduced fat per serving – proving that indulgence can also feel good. Exclusively available on Talabat, the range brings the joy of gelato straight to customers’ doors.

“Gelato is a joy that should feel effortless,” said Shivaan Ghai, Founder of The Brooklyn Creamery. “So, we created a gelato that keeps the experience authentic – creamy, smooth, and flavorful, while staying true to our promise of no added sugar, lower calories and lower fat. It’s the kind of treat people can truly enjoy every day.”

The launch selection features four unique flavours: Cotton Candy Bubble Gum for nostalgic fun, Caramel Bistoffi for rich indulgence, Belgian Chocolate for timeless luxury, and Coconut Crème for tropical refreshment. Each one is designed to delight, while staying light on calories.

Consumers can enjoy limited-edition single packs (AED 35) complete with a golden spoon, or a pack of three (AED 99) featuring a signature golden scooper, making every gelato moment a touch more special.

With this launch, The Brooklyn Creamery continues to challenge the norms of indulgence, showing that desserts can be both delicious and lighter – delivered with convenience and flair.
