Presight Employees Put Forward 87 New AI Concepts for Eureka 2.0 Innovation Programme

Presight, a global leader in AI and big data analytics, has launched its Eureka 2.0 internal Research & Development initiative, announcing at the kickoff event that its employees submitted 87 proposals for new AI and data-driven innovations.

Eureka 2.0, aligned with Presight’s ‘Future Ready Employees’ agenda, aims to accelerate the creation of advanced, AI-led solutions by drawing on the talent and imaginative thinking of its workforce. The initiative offers a structured pipeline to identify, assess, fund, and scale home-grown concepts, further strengthening the company’s culture of internal innovation.

Dr. Adel Al Sharji, Chief Operating Officer of Presight, commented: “I share my congratulations to the initial shortlist of the Eureka 2.0 program and thank all applicants for participating. The volume and quality of proposals is reflective of why Presight is a globally leading AI company. I’m incredibly proud to see the passion for innovation, depth of expertise, and level of ingenuity shown by our Presighters. Through the Eureka 2.0 program we aimed to nurture a culture where experimentation and bold thinking are encouraged, and it pleases me to see our team warmly embracing it. It’s not just an innovation competition, it’s a talent program too, helping our teams to be future ready and more employable.”

The strongest concepts emerging from Eureka 2.0 will be further assessed for potential integration into Presight’s expanding portfolio of AI-driven products, services, and applications.

Applications opened in September, with all 87 entries reviewed by a panel made up of Presight’s senior leadership. During the launch event, 25 proposals were shortlisted and will now advance to the mentoring and refinement stage.

These selected participants will receive bespoke support from nine senior Presight specialists, covering areas including software development, engineering, commercial strategy, project leadership, and proof-of-concept validation.

After the refinement process, the finalists will present their ideas on Wednesday 26 November to a jury composed of their mentors, competing for a place in the grand finals with Presight’s Executive Leadership team. The ultimate winner will then be chosen through live employee voting during the organisation’s end-of-year celebration on 12 December. Winning concepts will be selected for their originality, practicality, strategic alignment, and overall potential.

Eureka 2.0 follows the success of the Presight AI-Startup Accelerator introduced earlier this year. The Accelerator drew 120 international AI startup applications, from which 10 finalists were selected. These ventures have since generated more than 70 qualified leads and are currently advancing partnership and contract discussions with major global and regional clients. Building on this momentum, Eureka 2.0 extends similar opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurial development to Presight’s internal teams.
