Experience Abu Dhabi’s Kayan Wellness Festival will return for its second year from 6 to 8 February 2026. The event will take place on the shores of Fahid Island, reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s ambition to grow as a centre for wellbeing, sustainability, and quality of life.
The festival brings together international wellness speakers, practitioners, and teachers for a three-day programme that combines talks, movement sessions, mindfulness, and healing practices. Experiences are structured around three core themes: mind, body, and soul. The programme supports Abu Dhabi’s wider focus on mindful living and preventative health.
The 2026 edition offers a broad range of sessions designed to support mental focus, physical health, and balance. The programme includes recognised global wellness figures alongside local and regional specialists. Day passes start from AED 275, with options for single-day or three-day access, making the festival open to a wide audience.
Visitors can explore eight dedicated zones, each focused on a different aspect of wellbeing. The Mind Amphitheatre hosts talks and panel discussions. The Body Zone offers movement sessions and physical practices. The Soul Space provides quieter sessions such as meditation, sound healing, and breathwork.
Community and creativity play a central role through The Heart, where guests gather for live music and shared experiences.
The expanded Longevity Hub focuses on modern wellness tools and research. Visitors can learn about biohacking, health technology, and evidence-based approaches to improving long-term health.
The Feel Good Market brings together wellness-focused retail and food concepts. Guests can explore health products and balanced food options. Premium pass holders can access the Premium Lounge, which provides rest areas, refreshments, priority entry, and limited sessions with speakers.
Families are also included through the Kids’ Hideout, which offers guided play, creative activities, and parent-child workshops. The space introduces wellbeing concepts in an accessible way for younger visitors.
The festival supports Fahid Island’s development as a coastal wellness destination and aligns with the UAE’s National Strategy for Wellbeing 2031 and Healthy Longevity Vision 2030.
Daily passes start from AED 275. Full programme details will be released soon. Visitors will be able to book sessions including yoga, pilates, breathwork, sound healing, somatic practices, and expert-led talks through the official festival website.
