BAMX Developments used its presence at IPS 2026 to present its growing UAE projects to investors and brokers at the 22nd International Property Show, held from 7 to 9 September at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The three-day event drew more than 30,000 visitors and 200 exhibitors, according to New Royal Exhibitions, making it one of the region’s most attended real estate gatherings. Developers, investors, financial institutions, and brokers attended across the five halls the show occupied.
BAMX operated from Stand E-05 in Hall 8, presenting its development philosophy and portfolio to visitors over the three days.
BAMX Developments at IPS 2026: the projects on show
The company highlighted three Dubai projects. Two are under way in Jumeirah Village Circle: 77 Boulevard, a residential development with Italian-inspired design and units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, listed with an off-plan completion of Q3 2026; and 311 Boulevard, a fully furnished residential building whose interiors were designed by Belmore Collection Milano and which carries a listed off-plan completion of Q4 2027, according to an Emirates.Estate profile of the developer.
The 311 Boulevard project page on BAMX’s own site lists amenities including an outdoor cinema, smart-home features, and fully fitted kitchens across studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments spread over fifteen residential floors above a ground floor and three podium levels.
The third project, X11 in Dubai South, was presented as a new addition to the portfolio. BAMX said X11 is scheduled to officially launch on 15 October 2026.
International track record behind the UAE push
BAMX founder and chairman Dr Mehdi Kavoosi has delivered more than 1,350 projects globally over three decades, Gulf News reported. The company puts its total delivered project area at more than 10 million square metres across markets including the UAE, Tajikistan, Austria, and Armenia.
Construction Week Online reported BAMX’s formal UAE launch, noting the company brought 30 years of international development experience to the Dubai market. At IPS 2026, the team used the platform to connect that track record to its current local pipeline, engaging directly with brokers, investors, and potential partners.
The IPS format, organised by Strategic Marketing and Exhibitions, spans five halls at the Dubai World Trade Centre and is free to enter for professional visitors. The show’s scale and open-access format made it a direct route to retail and institutional investors active in Dubai property.
For BAMX, the immediate next milestone is the formal launch of X11 at Dubai South, scheduled for 15 October 2026.
